Returns and Refunds

While we do our best to ensure that you have an amazing experience with Modrnizd, we understand sometimes things don't quite work out. We are 100% committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your order.

Cash Refund

We offer 100% cash refunds for any/all item(s) in your order within 30 days. Your refund will be processed to whatever payment method you used when placing your order.

Return Shipping

You will not be responsible for return shipping costs if the item you are returning is damaged. Please note that you will be responsible for all other return shipping costs.

Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to arrange the return shipment back to our warehouse. The return must be organized by the customer, and the associated shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

A refund can only be issued once the returned product has been received at our warehouse. Refused deliveries may not be eligible for refunds.
